Welcome to Enyorata Warangi River Camp, a luxury safari camp located within the breathtaking wilderness of Serengeti National Park. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable safari experience for all our guests while protecting the integrity of our camp operations, wildlife environment, and personalized hospitality services.

By confirming a reservation with Enyorata Warangi River Camp, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.

Reservations & Booking Policy

All reservations at Enyorata Warangi River Camp are subject to availability and become confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from our reservations team together with the required deposit payment. Guests are encouraged to make bookings in advance, especially during peak safari seasons and Great Migration periods in Serengeti National Park, to secure preferred accommodation and safari arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official reservations email. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the season, group size, safari arrangements, and the number of days remaining before arrival. Applicable refunds, if any, will be processed according to the booking terms communicated during reservation confirmation.

Liability Disclaimer

Enyorata Warangi River Camp operates within a natural unfenced wilderness environment where wildlife may move freely near the camp. Guests are therefore required to follow all safety instructions provided by camp staff and safari guides. Walking outside designated areas without guidance, especially during nighttime hours, is discouraged for safety reasons. Guests are also expected to respect wildlife viewing rules and Serengeti conservation regulations.

Photography & Media

The camp reserves the right to use non-identifiable photographs and videos taken within the property for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the guest. Professional photography and drone usage within protected wildlife areas may require special permissions according to Tanzanian park regulations.

Payment Policy

Deposit and payment requirements will be communicated during the booking process. Full payment must be completed within the agreed timelines provided by the reservations office. Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation of the reservation. Any additional services requested outside the confirmed booking package may incur extra charges.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time at Enyorata Warangi River Camp begins from 14:00 PM, while standard check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and operational schedules. Guests are kindly advised to share arrival details and transfer arrangements in advance for a smoother safari experience.
